You can't parent from a regulated place if your nervous system is stuck in survival.
Healing yourself IS breaking the cycle.
Raise Kids with Secure Attachment
Parenting from Core Self (calm, attuned) not Survival Self (reactive, controlling) prevents TSD from taking root in the next generation.
The cycle ends with you.
The Cycle We're Breaking
Unhealed parent → insecure attachment → child develops TSD
Child becomes parent → cycle repeats
Heal yourself (Path 2) + Parent differently (Path 3) = Cycle broken
